Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, please allow 4 to 6 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time details are also noted on each product page. If you need an expedited processing time, email us at support@thepamperedferret.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Domestic orders ship via USPS. International orders ship via DHL Express.

International Orders

All duties, import taxes, and customs fees for international orders are calculated and collected at checkout. There are no additional fees due upon delivery. For more details see our International Shipping FAQ.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout for all orders, especially international shipments. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged and you added Route protection, you can file a claim quickly and easily through Route. If you did not add Route protection, contact us at support@thepamperedferret.com and we will do our best to help.
