Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, perishable food items including Dook Soup and all treats cannot be returned or exchanged. This is standard for food products and is in place to protect the safety of every ferret in our community.
For non-perishable wellness products (coat oil, salmon oil, paw balm, bath soak), we accept returns on unopened, unused items in original condition. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@thepamperedferret.com with your order number to initiate a return. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and do not include original shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@thepamperedferret.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right. This applies to all products including food.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders move quickly into processing.
Chewy Orders
If you purchased through Chewy, please contact Chewy directly to initiate any return or refund. We are unable to process returns for orders placed through third-party retailers.
Refunds do not include original shipping fees. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
