Thanks for the honest review, and I'm sorry the bag you got was mostly crumbs and small chunks. That's not the chicken breast treat we want going out the door.
The cutting on these is handled by our supplier, and the broken-up pieces you described are exactly the kind of thing we've flagged with them to tighten up. Good news is we've moved back to the larger solid-cut pieces, so future bags should look a lot more like the solid fillet you remember. Sweet of you to put it to good use with your rescue mama cat and her kitten, but you and your floofs should've gotten a bag worth eating.
